The day to day: Lead and support the Speech Pathology team, including running team meetings Mentor and guide clinicians in their professional development and training Assist with graduate programs and supervise students on placement Balance your role with a 3-day clinical caseload and 2 days management Work with a varied caseload including intellectual disabilities, autism, and speech delays Provide therapy in the Brunswick clinic and within the local community (home visits) See NDIS clients aged 3–65, or tailor your caseload to your area of interest Report directly to the Allied Health Team Leader The Perks: Salary up to $130,000 super travel allowance $5,000 annual PD budget 2 days study leave Monthly training with external guest speakers Modern clinic space with multiple rooms, dedicated resources, and your own desk Minimise travel – clients are seen locally Flexible work model – mix of clinic, WFH, and community visits Vibrant Brunswick location close to cafés, restaurants, and bars Requirements/Skills Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology Minimum 4 years postgraduate experience SPA membership Drivers license and vehicle Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Interested in this position?
